The invention discloses a multi-mode human body sitting posture detection method and device based on an automobile seat, and relates to the technical field of automobile seat adjustment, the device comprises a sitting posture forming module and a detection control unit which are arranged in a base and a backrest of the seat, and the sitting posture forming module is electrically connected with the detection control unit; a plurality of rows of sitting posture forming modules are arranged on a base and a backrest of the seat, and all the sitting posture forming modules face the sitting direction of a user; the sitting posture forming module is composed of a plurality of sitting posture forming devices which are evenly distributed. According to the multi-mode human body sitting posture detection method and device based on the automobile seat, the most comfortable and optimal sitting posture state can be correspondingly stored for each part of the seat by detecting and learning the sitting posture of the user in the early stage, and the sitting posture state is more in line with ergonomics so as to improve the driving comfort of the user.
