The invention relates to a new energy vehicle thermal management system which comprises a refrigerating medium loop, a compressor, a first heat exchanger and a second heat exchanger, refrigerating media circularly flow in the refrigerating medium loop, the first heat exchanger comprises a first channel and a second channel which are isolated from each other, and the second heat exchanger comprises a third channel and a fourth channel which are isolated from each other; the compressor, the first channel and the third channel are sequentially communicated end to end; a cooling medium circularly flows in the cooling medium loop, the cooling medium loop comprises a first pump, a motor electric controller, a third heat exchanger, a fourth heat exchanger, a second pump and a battery, and the third heat exchanger is used for heat exchange between the cooling medium and an external cold source; the first pump, the motor electric controller, the third heat exchanger, the second channel and the fourth heat exchanger are sequentially communicated end to end, and the battery, the second pump and the fourth channel are sequentially communicated end to end. By arranging the first heat exchanger and the third heat exchanger in the new energy vehicle thermal management system, rapid cooling of the battery during super fast charging is facilitated, and the performance of the vehicle thermal management system is improved.
