The left side and the right side of the movable hoisting mechanism are in sliding connection with the cart track trusses on the left side and the right side correspondingly, cart cantilever track trusses are arranged on the sides, close to the bow, of the cart track trusses, and the upper sides of the cart cantilever track trusses extend towards the outer side of the bow to be connected with the cart cantilever track trusses. And the hoisting of the offshore wind power foundation is realized by moving the hoisting mechanism. According to the invention, many problems of hoisting and mounting of the traditional offshore wind power foundation are solved, the loading and transporting steps are simplified, the construction cost is greatly saved, and the construction risk is reduced.
