The invention discloses an engine torque control system for mode switching of a hybrid electric vehicle. The engine torque control system comprises a demand torque estimation module, a control module and a torque control module, wherein the demand torque estimation module is used for distributing demand torques of a motor and an engine according to a current whole vehicle state, a vehicle energy management strategy and sensor information; the motor load torque observation module is used for calculating the motor load torque according to the current motor phase current and electrical angle information; the engine torque observation module is used for calculating the output torque of the engine through the torque transmission relation of the hybrid power framework; and the torque feedback control module is used for calculating and obtaining actual engine control related parameters according to the current engine rotating speed and the actual torque, and the actual engine control related parameters comprise the throttle opening degree, the oil injection moment, the ignition moment and the valve phase. The control system takes the required torque of the engine and the actual torque of the engine as input, realizes control of relevant parameter adjustment through feedback, improves the starting performance of the engine, reduces torque fluctuation, and realizes accurate control of engine working condition transition.

    本发明公开用于混合动力汽车模式切换的发动机转矩控制系统,包括:根据当前整车状态、车辆能量管理策略及传感器信息分配电机与发动机的需求转矩的需求转矩估计模块;根据当前电机相电流和电角度信息计算电机负载转矩的电机负载转矩观测模块;通过混合动力架构的转矩传递关系,计算发动机输出转矩的发动机转矩观测模块;根据当前发动机转速和实际转矩,计算获得实际发动机控制相关参数,包括节气门开度,喷油时刻,点火时刻以及气门相位的转矩反馈控制模块。控制系统将发动机需求转矩与发动机实际转矩作为输入,通过反馈实现控制相关参数调节,改善发动机起动性能,减小转矩波动,实现发动机工况过渡的精确控制。
