The invention discloses an implementation method of a next-generation 800V battery architecture high-power density vehicle-mounted charger, which is characterized in that a two-stage circuit topological structure is used, and the two-stage circuit topological structure comprises a first-stage AC/DC circuit and a second-stage isolated DC/DC circuit which are used for realizing an AC-DC conversion function. For a power battery with a 800V battery architecture, the direct-current component and low-frequency ripple of input power are transferred to a battery end with higher voltage, so that the requirement of a system for the capacity of a direct-current bus capacitor is reduced. The direct current charging of the power battery is realized by changing the low-frequency ripples of the voltage distribution storage input end of the series filter capacitor at the battery end. The low-frequency ripple transfer control and the dual-active bridge control are completely separated in implementation process although multiplexing devices are used, and control complexity is not introduced. The control of the double active bridges helps low-frequency ripple transfer control to turn on the main switch in advance, and the switch S5 or S8 is kept in a normally-on state within a period of time, so that the switching loss is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种下一代800V电池架构高功率密度车载充电机实现方法,其特征在于,使用两级电路拓扑结构,包括用于实现交流转直流功能的第一级AC/DC电路以及第二级隔离型DC/DC电路。针对800V电池架构的动力电池,本发明将输入功率的直流分量和低频纹波转移到电压更高的电池端降低了系统对直流母线电容容量的需求。通过改变电池端的串联滤波电容的电压分配储存输入端的低频纹波实现为动力电池直流充电。低频纹波转移控制与双有源桥控制虽然复用器件但实现过程完全分开,不会引入控制复杂度。双有源桥的控制会提前帮助低频纹波转移控制打开主开关且在一段时间内开关S5或S8保持常通状态,降低了开关损耗。
