The invention provides a high-voltage battery access method and a vehicle-mounted charger, and the method comprises the steps: maintaining a switch between a high-voltage battery and a DC side of a high-voltage side conversion circuit in a DC/DC converter to be disconnected after a power-on signal is received; a low-voltage side conversion circuit in the DC/DC converter is controlled to operate reversely, and electric energy of a low-voltage battery connected with the direct-current side of the low-voltage side conversion circuit is used for charging an equivalent capacitor on the direct-current side of the high-voltage side conversion circuit through the low-voltage side conversion circuit and the high-voltage side conversion circuit in sequence; after the voltage of the direct current side of the high-voltage side conversion circuit meets the pre-charging ending condition, the low-voltage side conversion circuit is controlled to stop reverse operation, and the switch is closed; and the reverse operation of the original circuit in the DC/DC converter replaces an additional pre-charging loop in the prior art, so that the pre-charging function of the equivalent capacitor is realized, and the problems of volume and cost increase caused by the adoption of the pre-charging loop are avoided.

    本申请提供一种高压电池接入方法及车载充电机,该高压电池接入方法,在接收开机信号后,保持高压电池与DC/DC变换器中高压侧变换电路直流侧之间的开关断开;并控制DC/DC变换器中的低压侧变换电路反向运行,以该低压侧变换电路直流侧所接低压电池的电能,依次通过低压侧变换电路和高压侧变换电路,为高压侧变换电路直流侧的等效电容充电;直至高压侧变换电路直流侧的电压满足预充电结束条件后,控制低压侧变换电路停止反向运行,开关闭合;进而通过DC/DC变换器中原有电路的反向运行,代替现有技术中额外增加的预充电回路,实现对于该等效电容的预充电功能,避免了采用预充电回路带来的体积和成本增加的问题。
