The invention relates to the technical field of vehicles, in particular to a micro-motion control method, device and system of an electric vehicle and the electric vehicle. The method comprises the steps that a micro-motion control instruction generated by a micro-motion control intention is obtained; controlling a motor to output a target torque according to the inching control instruction, performing inching control on the vehicle by using the target torque, and detecting whether the inching control of the vehicle is completed or not; and when it is detected that the inching control of the vehicle is completed, the motor is controlled to enter a zero-torque mode, or the motor is controlled to enter a torque slow unloading mode, and the motor is controlled to enter the zero-torque mode after the target torque of the motor is completely unloaded within the preset time. Therefore, the problems that in the related technology, the electric vehicle immediately controls the motor to stop torque output after finishing jogging control, reverse motion of the vehicle is easily caused, the precision of jogging control is reduced, and the user experience is poor are solved.
