The electric vehicle energy management system includes: a PTC heater; a heat pump air conditioning condenser; a power battery; a graphene electric heating sheet; the cooling loop comprises a main circuit, a first branch circuit and a second branch circuit, the main circuit comprises a second water pump and a warm air core body, the main circuit flows through the PTC heater and the heat pump air conditioner condenser, the first branch circuit comprises a first water pump, the first branch circuit flows through the power battery, and the main circuit can be selectively communicated with the first branch circuit or the second branch circuit; the graphene electric heating piece comprises a battery heating piece and a seat heating piece, the battery heating piece is installed on the power battery and can heat the power battery, and the seat heating piece is installed on the seat and can heat the seat. According to the technical scheme of the electric vehicle energy management system, the battery temperature and the passenger compartment temperature under the low-temperature condition can be rapidly increased, and the user experience is improved.
