The invention relates to a hybrid electric vehicle energy management control system and method, and the method comprises the steps: collecting vehicle driving data, carrying out the regression of the driving data based on a Gaussian process regression model, and estimating model parameters, and obtaining a prediction model; and dividing the driving data into a plurality of segments, predicting the driving data of each segment in a future period of time by a prediction model, and solving the optimal electric energy consumption equivalent factors of different segments under each electric quantity SOC by adopting an optimization algorithm by taking the minimum accumulated equivalent fuel consumption and the balance maintenance of the low electric quantity SOC as optimization objectives, so as to obtain the optimal electric energy consumption equivalent factors of the different segments under each electric quantity SOC. Establishing a database containing the SOC, the prediction data and the optimal equivalent factor; and training a radial basis function neural network by using a database, inputting an actual SOC value and prediction data, outputting an optimal equivalent factor, and controlling the operation of the hybrid electric vehicle by using an equivalent fuel consumption minimum energy management strategy. Compared with the prior art, the real working condition can be predicted, and the accuracy and self-adaptability of energy management control are improved.

    本发明涉及一种混合动力汽车能量管理控制系统及其方法,该方法包括:采集车辆行驶数据,基于高斯过程回归模型,对行驶数据进行回归并估计模型参数,得到预测模型;将行驶数据划分为若干片段,由预测模型对每个片段未来一段时间的行驶数据进行预测,以累计等效燃油消耗最小和低电量SOC维持平衡作为优化目标,采用优化算法求解各个电量SOC下不同片段的最优电能消耗等效因子,建立包含SOC、预测数据、最优等效因子的数据库;利用数据库训练径向基神经网络,输入实际SOC值和预测数据,输出最优等效因子,利用等效燃油消耗最小能量管理策略控制混合动力汽车的运行。与现有技术相比,本发明能够对现实工况进行预测,提高了能量管理控制的精准性和自适应性。
