The invention relates to an unmanned aerial vehicle take-off and landing system and a control method, and the system comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle stop take-off pad system which comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle take-off pad; the unmanned aerial vehicle takeoff platform comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle takeoff way; the unmanned aerial vehicle system comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle and an unmanned aerial vehicle parking cabin; the searching and transporting system comprises an AGV trolley; the AGV trolley is used for transporting the unmanned aerial vehicle back and forth between the unmanned aerial vehicle parking cabin and the unmanned aerial vehicle take-off pad; and the charging and battery replacing system comprises a first mechanical arm robot which is arranged in the unmanned aerial vehicle parking cabin and is used for performing charging and battery replacing operation on the unmanned aerial vehicle after inspection. Through the arrangement, the problem that the recovery workload of the unmanned aerial vehicle in an existing unmanned aerial vehicle take-off and landing system is large can be solved.
