The invention relates to the field of underwater vehicles, in particular to an underwater vehicle which comprises a cabin framework, a pair of pectoral fins capable of doing wing flapping motion and arranged on the left side and the right side of the cabin framework, a steering fin arranged below the cabin framework, a propeller arranged on the rear portion below the cabin framework, an empennage arranged on the cabin framework behind the propeller, and a density adjuster arranged in the cabin framework. Compared with the prior art, advancing, floating, diving and steering of the underwater robot not only depend on pitching swing of the pectoral fins, but also assist steering through the steering fins, advancing through the propellers and floating and diving through the density adjusters, and the underwater robot is higher in maneuvering performance and more flexible.
