The invention discloses a construction method of a geotextile tube bag self-floating assembly type filling operation platform, which comprises the following steps that a steel tube cage frame is constructed to form a platform, and a hollow part of the steel tube cage frame is filled with a foam floating body in an embedded manner; fixing, transferring and positioning adjustment of the platform are achieved through the anchor cable; the geotextile tube bags are conveyed to a platform, after cloth spreading is completed, the tube bags are fixed to the four corners of the platform, and positioning and sinking are conducted; filling the sand into the geotextile pipe bag, namely filling lake water or seawater into the sand to form a sand-water mixture by utilizing a water suction pump carried by the barge after the barge loads the sand in place, pumping the sand-water mixture by utilizing a slurry pump carried by another barge, and conveying the sand-water mixture to an operation platform through a pumping main pipeline to fill the sand; a sewage separation system is built, specifically, a sewage separation curtain body is suspended at the bottom of the platform, sewage separation curtain plumbs are arranged at the bottom of the curtain body at intervals, and a separation system is formed; the invention discloses a safety protection device and measures. Water body pollution caused by sediment diffusion during sand filling can be controlled, and the construction cost is low.

    本发明公开了土工管袋自浮装配式充灌操作平台的搭建方法,包括以下步骤:搭建钢管笼架形成平台,钢管笼架的中空部分由泡沫浮体内嵌填充;通过锚缆实现平台的固定、转移与定位调节;土工管袋沉放:将土工管袋运至平台,展布完成后,将管袋固定于平台四角,定位并沉放;土工管袋充砂:驳船装载砂料就位后,利用其搭载的抽水泵将湖水或海水灌入砂料形成砂水混合物,利用另一艘驳船搭载的泥浆泵将砂水混合物抽出,通过泵送主管道传运至操作平台充砂;隔污系统搭建:在平台底部悬吊隔污帘帘体,帘体底部间隔设置隔污帘铅垂体,形成阻隔体系;安全防护装置与措施。本发明可以控制充砂时因泥沙扩散造成的水体污染,且施工成本低。
