The invention relates to a UHPC-ECC-HDPE combined assembly type floating platform which comprises a UHPC frame structure, an ECC pipe barrel and an HDPE pipe. The UHPC frame structure comprises an upper layer frame, a perforated plate, a bottom connecting plate and an end blind hole plate; the perforated plate is mounted below the upper-layer frame and is transversely arranged; the end blind hole plates are installed at the positions, close to the two ends, below the upper-layer frame and are parallel to the perforated plates. The perforated plate and the end blind hole plate are jointly used as a mounting carrier of the ECC pipe barrel; the ECC pipe barrel is arranged in the longitudinal direction; the bottom connecting plate is arranged at the bottom end of the cement-based material main body structure, and the perforated plates are connected with the end blind hole plates; the cement-based material components are spliced to form a floating platform with self-floating capacity, the HDPE pipe is supported by the extending part of the upper-layer frame and surrounds the lower portion of the upper-layer frame, and the head end and the tail end of the HDPE pipe are welded and sealed after being in butt joint. The UHPC, the ECC and the HDPE which are different in rigidity, flexibility and ductility are organically combined, and the integrity, the stability and the functionality balance of the structure are considered.

    本发明涉及一种UHPC‑ECC‑HDPE组合装配式漂浮平台,包括UHPC框架结构、ECC管筒和HDPE管;UHPC框架结构包括上层框架、穿孔板、底部连接板和端头盲孔板;穿孔板安装于上层框架的下方,横向布置;端头盲孔板安装于上层框架下方靠近两端的位置,与穿孔板平行布置;穿孔板与端头盲孔板共同作为ECC管筒的安装载体;ECC管筒沿纵向布置;底部连接板布置于水泥基材料主体结构的底端,将各穿孔板与端头盲孔板连接起来;各水泥基材料构件拼装后即形成具有自漂浮能力的漂浮平台,HDPE管利用上层框架伸出部分作为依托而环绕在上层框架下方,其首尾两端头对接后焊接密封。本发明采用UHPC、ECC和HDPE三种不同刚度、柔韧性和延展性的材料有机组合,兼顾了结构的整体性、稳定性和功能性的平衡。
