The invention relates to the technical field of automobile automation, in particular to a vehicle following target determination method and device, equipment and a medium. The method comprises the steps of determining a feedback value of a parameter item by obtaining lane line information fed back by a vehicle sensor, and determining a predicted value of the parameter item according to a first vehicle parameter; the first vehicle parameter comprises the current speed and curvature of the vehicle and the longitudinal distance between the vehicle and the to-be-followed vehicle, so that the predicted value represents the lane line area predicted based on the to-be-followed vehicle and the driving state of the vehicle. In addition, the feedback value represents the lane line area of the road section where the vehicle is located detected by the vehicle sensor, so that the final lane line area can be comprehensively estimated according to the feedback value and the predicted value, and whether the vehicle to be followed is used as a vehicle following target is determined according to whether the position of the vehicle to be followed is located in the lane line area. Therefore, the problem that whether the vehicle-following target and the vehicle are in the same lane cannot be determined in the prior art is solved.

    本申请涉及汽车自动化技术领域,具体涉及一种跟车目标确定方法、装置、设备及介质。该方法包括:通过获取本车传感器反馈的车道线信息以确定参数项的反馈值,并根据第一车辆参数确定参数项的预测值。由于第一车辆参数包含本车当前车速、曲率以及与待跟随车辆的纵向距离,因而上述预测值表征了基于待跟随车辆与本车行驶状态预测的车道线区域。另由于上述反馈值表征了本车传感器检测的本车所在路段的车道线区域,因而可根据反馈值和预测值综合估算出最终的车道线区域,进而根据待跟随车辆的所在位置是否处于车道线区域内以确定是否将待跟随车辆作为跟车目标。由此解决相关技术中无法确定跟车目标是否与本车处于相同车道的问题。
