The invention discloses a novel durable tire which comprises a tire body, a wire layer, a color friction area and a flexible solid resistor. The wire layer is a metal wire which is woven in a net shape, and the wire layer is arranged in the tire crown surface and is electrically connected with a vehicle-mounted computer; the color friction area is annularly arranged in the circumferential direction of the tire, and the outermost layer of the color friction area is exposed out of the outermost layer of the tire and can be in direct contact with the ground; the flexible solid resistors are annularly arranged on the outer layer of the tire, and the flexible solid resistors are electrically connected with the vehicle-mounted computer. The system can help a driver or a maintainer to quickly master the state and damage condition of the tire, is beneficial for visually reflecting the driving risk, can remind the driver to replace the tire in time, and effectively reduces the occurrence of accidents; the abrasion condition can be clearly displayed through the color friction area, and the tedious step of manual detection in a traditional method is omitted.

    本发明公开了一种新型耐用轮胎,包括轮胎、导线层、颜色摩擦区及柔性固体电阻;所述导线层为呈网状编织的金属导线,所述导线层设于轮胎胎冠面内部且与车载计算机电性连接;所述颜色摩擦区沿轮胎的周向方向环形设置,颜色摩擦区的最外层暴露于轮胎最外层,可与地面直接接触;所述柔性固体电阻有若干条且呈环状设置于轮胎外层,所述柔性固体电阻与车载计算机电性连接。本发明可以帮助驾驶员或维修人员快速掌握轮胎的状态及损伤情况,有利于直观体现行驶风险,能够提醒驾驶员及时更换轮胎,有效减少事故的发生;通过颜色摩擦区能够清楚的显示磨损情况,省去了传统方法中人工检测的繁琐步骤。
