The invention relates to the field of solid tires, and particularly discloses a durable solid tire and a preparation method thereof. The durable solid tire comprises a tire liner and tread rubber, wherein the tire liner comprises the following components: chloroprene rubber, reclaimed rubber, natural rubber, an anti-aging agent, sulfur and an accelerant; the tread rubber comprises the following raw materials: butadiene rubber, chloroprene rubber, reclaimed rubber, carbon black, amido graft modified polyethylene glycol terephthalate, zinc oxide, sulfur and stearic acid; the preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, preparing the tire liner; s2, preparing tread rubber; and S3, preparing the solid tire. Amido-grafted modified polyethylene glycol terephthalate is adopted, the heat conduction performance of the tread rubber is improved, hydrogen bonds are formed between ester groups and amide groups in the structure of the tread rubber to hinder chain segment movement, the wear resistance of the tread rubber is improved, the service life of a tire is prolonged, reclaimed rubber is added into the tire liner and the tread rubber, and the service life of the tire is prolonged. The use of natural rubber can be reduced, and certain energy-saving and environment-friendly effects are achieved.

    本申请涉及实心轮胎领域,具体公开了一种耐久实心轮胎及其制备方法。耐久实心轮胎包括轮胎内胆和胎面胶,轮胎内胆包括如下组分:氯丁橡胶、再生胶、天然橡胶、防老剂、硫磺、促进剂;胎面胶包括如下原料:顺丁橡胶、氯丁橡胶、再生胶、炭黑、酰胺基接枝改性聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、氧化锌、硫磺、硬脂酸;其制备方法为:S1.轮胎内胆的制备;S2.胎面胶的制备;S3.实心轮胎的制备。本申请采用酰胺基接枝改性聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯,提高了胎面胶的导热性能,并通过其结构中的酯基和酰胺基之间形成氢键阻碍链段运动,提高了胎面胶的耐磨性,延长了轮胎的使用寿命,在轮胎内胆及胎面胶中加入再生胶,可减少天然橡胶的使用,具有一定的节能环保效果。
