The invention discloses a driver traffic safety risk evaluation and man-vehicle accompanying analysis method and system, and the method comprises the steps: building a driver traffic safety risk evaluation index, and obtaining the multi-dimensional features of a driver; obtaining a training data set, and training the neural network based on the multi-dimensional features of the driver to obtain a risk assessment model; evaluating the to-be-tested data based on the risk evaluation model to obtain high-risk personnel; performing data cleaning on the checkpoint data and the mobile phone trajectory data of the high-risk personnel in the region to obtain a high-risk person-vehicle multi-source trajectory; and performing similarity evaluation on the high-risk human-vehicle multi-source trajectory based on time and space restrictions, and judging the human-vehicle adjoint relationship of the driver. The system comprises a feature extraction module, a model training module, a prediction module, a multi-source track cleaning module and a human-vehicle accompanying study and judgment module. According to the invention, hierarchical management and control can be guided according to the traffic safety risk level of the driver.
