The unmanned aerial vehicle comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle body, folding gliding wings, a first solar panel and a distance monitoring unit, the first solar panel is arranged at the top of the unmanned aerial vehicle body, the folding gliding wings capable of being stored to the top of the unmanned aerial vehicle body are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the unmanned aerial vehicle body, the folding gliding wings are folded during routing inspection, and the folding gliding wings are unfolded during landing to achieve gliding; the distance monitoring unit comprises an ultrasonic sensor and an infrared sensor; the folding gliding wings comprise arm rods, first driving motors, second driving motors, fan blades, movable plates and second solar panels, the ultrasonic sensor and the infrared sensor are arranged at the front end of the unmanned aerial vehicle body, and the ultrasonic sensor and the infrared sensor are both used for detecting whether obstacles appear in front or not and detecting distance information between the ultrasonic sensor and the obstacles; and replanning the inspection path.
