The invention discloses a detection method for an integrated large die-casting aluminum alloy structural member, and the method comprises the following steps: 1, transferring and placing a to-be-detected die-casting aluminum alloy structural member on a detection platform through a lifting tool, and enabling a bent protruding surface of the die-casting aluminum alloy structural member to abut against the detection platform, therefore, the die-casting aluminum alloy structural member is stably suspended on the detection platform, and the back surface of the bent protruding surface of the die-casting aluminum alloy structural member is detected. And 2, the axial direction of the die-casting aluminum alloy structural part serves as the overturning direction, the die-casting aluminum alloy structural part is overturned by 180 degrees through the lifting appliance, the back face of the bent protruding face of the die-casting aluminum alloy structural part abuts against the detection platform, and therefore the die-casting aluminum alloy structural part is stably suspended on the detection platform again, and the bent protruding face is detected. Through four-point positioning and supporting, lateral deviation of the die-casting aluminum alloy structural part is avoided, overturning can be achieved only by two persons, and the working efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开一种对一体化大型压铸铝合金结构件的检测方法,包括以下步骤:步骤1:采用吊具将待检测的压铸铝合金结构件转移并安放在检测平台上,并以所述压铸铝合金结构件的弯曲凸出面抵触在检测平台上,从而将压铸铝合金结构件平稳地悬放在检测平台上,对压铸铝合金结构件的弯曲凸出面的背面进行检测;步骤2:以压铸铝合金结构件的轴向作为翻转方向,通过吊具将压铸铝合金结构件翻转180°,将压铸铝合金结构件的弯曲凸出面的背面抵触在检测平台上,从而将压铸铝合金结构件再次平稳地悬放在检测平台上,对弯曲凸出面进行检测。本发明通过四点定位支撑,避免压铸铝合金结构件侧偏且只需两人即可实现翻转,提高工作效率。
