The invention discloses a road-centered networked reference beacon system, comprising: a networked reference beacon network for identifying the location and position of an object of a vehicle in a road and a driving environment, and detecting and identifying objects on the road and in the vehicle driving environment; the central operation unit is used for managing and operating a local position relation table of a network connection reference beacon CRM, virtual road configuration information of a road or a local position relation table of key points of a traffic lane center line; the roadside communication system is used for providing communication and information sharing among the networked reference beacon network, the central operation unit and the vehicle; the roadside distance measuring unit network is used for measuring the distance between the roadside distance measuring unit network and the vehicle and the real-time position and storing the distance and the real-time position; and the OBM2 is used for receiving the real-time position information of the vehicle from the roadside distance measurement unit network and matching the relative position of the vehicle relative to the CRM, the virtual road configuration information or the key point of the central line of the traffic lane.
