The invention discloses an AC charging CP signal wake-up and sleep circuit for an electric vehicle. The AC charging CP signal wake-up and sleep circuit comprises a 5V constant power module, a CPPWM signal conversion module, a D trigger module, a selection module, a BMS main control chip and an MCU signal output module. The 5V constant power module is respectively connected with the CPPWM signal conversion module, the D trigger module and the selection module, and provides continuous 5V direct current output; the CPPWM signal conversion module is respectively connected with the charging gun CPPWM input module and the D trigger module; the BMS main control chip is connected with the MCU signal output module, the MCU signal output module comprises two signal output ends, namely an MCUCPCLR and an MCUPOWERLOCK, the output end MCUCPCLR is connected with the D trigger module, and the output end MCUPOWERLOCK is connected with the selection module; and the selection module is connected with the D trigger module. The method not only solves the problem of CP wake-up, but also solves the problem that the BMS continues to work and damages the storage battery after charging is completed, and has important production practice significance.

    本发明公开了一种电动汽车交流充电CP信号唤醒和休眠电路,包括5V常电模块、CP_PWM信号转换模块、D触发器模块、选择模块、BMS主控芯片和MCU信号输出模块;所述5V常电模块分别与CP_PWM信号转换模块、D触发器模块和选择模块连接,提供持续的5V直流输出;所述CP_PWM信号转换模块分别连接充电枪CP_PWM输入模块和D触发器模块;所述BMS主控芯片连接MCU信号输出模块,所述MCU信号输出模块包括两个信号输出端MCU_CP_CLR和MCU_POWER_LOCK,输出端MCU_CP_CLR连接D触发器模块,输出端MCU_POWER_LOCK连接选择模块;所述选择模块连接D触发器模块。本发明不仅解决了CP唤醒问题,同时解决了充电完成后BMS继续工作损害蓄电池的问题,具有重要的生产实践意义。
