The invention relates to a sleep wake-up control circuit, a wake-up control method and a vehicle, the sleep wake-up control circuit comprises a multi-gear adjusting analog switch, a wake-up adjusting module and an MCU, and the wake-up trigger end of the MCU, the multi-gear adjusting analog switch and the wake-up adjusting module are electrically connected to a wake-up trigger node. The control output end of the MCU is electrically connected with the control input end of the wake-up adjusting module. The MCU is used for adjusting a control signal output by the control output end according to the working state of the MCU, and the wake-up adjusting module is used for adjusting the equivalent structure of the MCU to be a voltage dividing unit or a pull-down unit according to the control signal. According to the technical scheme, the MCU can respond to the requirements of the user in time in the dormant state, the power consumption of the MCU is reduced, and the cruising ability of the vehicle is improved.
