The method comprises the following steps: detecting the state of people in the fuel cell vehicle; acquiring charging state information of the fuel cell vehicle; whether the fuel cell vehicle meets a preset power-off condition or not is judged at least according to the state of the person in the vehicle and the charging state information; and under the condition that the fuel cell vehicle meets the power-off condition, controlling a power system and an ignition switch of the fuel cell vehicle to be powered off.
