The invention provides a fuel cell vehicle energy control method, a computer storage medium and a vehicle. The method comprises the steps: obtaining the required power of the whole vehicle, and obtaining an SOC value of a power battery; determining a fuel cell power threshold range in which the required power of the whole vehicle is located; and controlling the output power of the fuel cell and the power cell according to the fuel cell power threshold range and the SOC value of the required power of the whole vehicle. According to the battery vehicle energy control method provided by the embodiment of the invention, when a fuel cell power threshold range in which vehicle required power is located is determined, the output power of the fuel cell and the power cell is controlled according to the threshold range of the required power of the whole vehicle and the SOC value of the power cell, so that the output power of the fuel cell under different working conditions is regulated and controlled in real time, and the energy loss caused by constant value output is reduced.
