The invention provides a crown block congestion dredging method based on regional traffic information, which comprises the following steps: carrying out regional division on a crown block track, and monitoring the traffic flow in a region; and sorting the crown blocks with traffic congestion in any time period in the area according to priorities, selecting the crown blocks with low priorities, and re-planning the paths of the crown blocks with low priorities. According to the invention, flow dredging and path re-planning can be carried out on the trolleys in the congestion area, the carrying time is reduced, the carrying efficiency of the AMHS system is improved, and efficient and stable material transmission is realized.

    本发明提供了一种基于区域交通信息的天车拥塞疏导方法,包括:对天车轨道进行区域划分,并对区域内的天车流量进行监控;将所述区域中任一时段发生交通拥塞的天车按优先级进行排序,选择优先级低的天车,并对所述优先级低的天车的路径进行重规划。本发明能够对拥塞区域小车进行流量疏导和路径重规划,减少搬运时间,提高AMHS系统的搬送效率,实现高效稳定的物料传输。
