The invention relates to an expressway traffic flow congestion real-time early warning and dynamic dredging method and system. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a road monitoring video and network connection data in real time; traffic flow parameters of the current road section are extracted and analyzed in real time based on the road monitoring video and network connection data; based on the traffic flow parameters, utilizing a traffic flow prediction model to predict the future state of the traffic flow, and sending out real-time early warning before continuous congestion occurs; and based on the predicted traffic flow, using an emergency lane starting decision model to output a road section position and opening time for starting an emergency lane, thereby realizing dynamic dredging. Compared with the prior art, the traffic efficiency is improved and the congestion duration is reduced compared with the traditional human experience decision, the traffic congestion of the expressway can be effectively predicted and pre-warned, the emergency lane can be scientifically and reasonably started, and all-around support is provided for traffic management, so that the traffic circulation efficiency and safety are remarkably improved.

    本发明涉及一种高速公路车流拥堵实时预警与动态疏通方法及系统,其中方法包括以下步骤:实时获取道路监控视频和网联数据;基于道路监控视频和网联数据实时提取和分析当前路段交通流参数;基于交通流参数,利用交通流预测模型预测交通流未来状态,并在出现持续性拥堵前发出实时预警;基于预测的交通流,利用应急车道启用决策模型输出启用应急车道的路段位置和开放时间,实现动态疏通。与现有技术相比,本发明相比传统人为经验决策提高了通行效率并降低拥堵持续时间,不仅能够有效预测和预警高速公路的交通拥堵,还能科学合理地启用应急车道,为交通管理提供全方位的支持,从而显著提升交通流通效率和安全性。
