The flow guide plate is at least partially located between at least one rotor wing and the goods in the unfolded state and used for guiding downwash air flow or wake flow of the rotor wings to smoothly flow through the outer surface of the goods, so that the pneumatic down pressure borne by the goods from the downwash air flow or wake flow of the rotor wings is reduced. Therefore, the lifting force consumed by the rotor unmanned aerial vehicle due to cargo hanging is obviously reduced, and the flow guide plate is stored in the fuselage or is close to the outer surface of the fuselage in the folded state. Compared with the mode that the loss is reduced by adjusting the position of the rotor wing relative to the fuselage or optimizing the aerodynamic shape of the fuselage of the rotor wing unmanned aerial vehicle, the rotor wing unmanned aerial vehicle can keep the compact size, and the flight efficiency under the condition that small cargoes are hung on the outer side or no cargoes are hung on the outer side can be considered.
