The invention relates to a light-weight rear torsion beam structure which comprises a cross beam and longitudinal arms, flanges are welded and fixed to the two ends of the cross beam, the longitudinal arms comprise the first longitudinal arm and the second longitudinal arm, the first longitudinal arm is fixedly connected with the flange at one end of the cross beam, and the second longitudinal arm is fixedly connected with the flange at the other end of the cross beam. The first longitudinal arm and the second longitudinal arm are distributed at the two ends of the cross beam in an axial symmetry mode. The advantages that aluminum alloy casting is easy to form and light in weight and high-strength steel is high in strength and elasticity are innovatively adopted, the purpose of weight reduction is achieved, and the cost of the torsion beam assembly is effectively controlled.
