A torsion beam rear axle is disclosed in the invention, and comprises a main beam and longitudinal arms, the section of the main beam is in a U shape and is provided with a U-shaped groove, arc-shaped grooves are formed in the two sides of the main beam, the longitudinal arms are fixedly connected with the main beam through the arc-shaped grooves in a welded mode, reinforcing plates are welded to the two ends in the U-shaped groove, and the reinforcing plates are further welded to the longitudinal arms. The reinforcing plates are welded in the U-shaped groove of the main beam to replace an existing stabilizer bar, the rigidity of the main beam is improved while the weight of the main beam is reduced, and abnormal sounds generated by installation of the stabilizer bar are avoided. Meanwhile, a convex plate, a notch and an arc-shaped edge are arranged at the welding position of the reinforcing plates and the U-shaped grooves, local stress at the welding position can be dispersed and evenly distributed on the reinforcing plates, the fatigue performance is improved, extending edges are arranged on the two sides of the main beam, local stress at the welding position of the main beam and the longitudinal arm is dispersed, so the welding wires are uniformly distributed on the extending edges, and the fatigue of the welding position is improved.

    本发明公开了一种扭力梁后轴,包括主梁和纵臂,所述主梁截面呈U型并具有U型槽,所述主梁两侧设有弧形槽,所述纵臂与所述主梁通过所述弧形槽焊接固定连接,所述U型槽内两端都焊接有加强板,所述加强板还与所述纵臂焊接;通过在主梁的U型槽内焊接加强板来代替现有的稳定杆,在降低了主梁重量的同时也提高了主梁的刚度,避免了安装稳定杆产生的异响;同时通过在加强板与U型槽焊接的位置设置凸板、缺口和弧形边,可将焊接位置的局部应力进行分散,比较均匀的分布在加强板上,提高疲劳性能,还通过在主梁两侧设置延伸边,对主梁与纵臂的焊接位置的局部应力进行分散,使得其较均匀的分布在延伸边上,提高焊接位置的疲劳性。
