The unmanned aerial vehicle battery replacing station with the dustproof function comprises a box body, a pick-up mechanism, a replacing mechanism, a dustproof mechanism, a sealing cover mechanism and a charging mechanism, the space in a groove of the box body is a battery replacing cavity, strip-shaped notches formed in the upper left end and the upper right end of the box body are sliding grooves, and a control system is arranged on the side wall of the battery replacing cavity; the cover sealing mechanism is arranged at a top end opening of the box body; the pick-up mechanism is arranged on the left and right side walls of the middle part of the battery replacement cavity; the replacement mechanism is arranged at the middle line part of the bottom side wall of the battery replacement cavity; and the charging mechanism is arranged on the replacement mechanism. The unmanned aerial vehicle has a dustproof function, and landing and positioning of the unmanned aerial vehicle are facilitated.
