The invention provides an aviation aircraft wheel structure with a composite axle. The aviation aircraft wheel structure comprises a hub integrated with a guide rail, a rim, a clamping ring, the composite axle and a heat reservoir assembly. A guide rail is integrally arranged on the inner side cylinder wall of the hub, the end, close to the undercarriage, of the outer side cylinder wall is sleeved with a rim, and the clamping ring is installed between the rim and the hub. The combined type wheel shaft comprises a brake shell integrally arranged on the outer wall of a shaft body and a cylinder base assembly integrally arranged on a connecting body. The connecting body is connected with an aircraft shaft, the shaft body is embedded and mounted in the middle of an inner cavity of the hub, so that an annular cavity used for mounting the heat reservoir assembly is formed between the shaft body and the hub, and the cylinder seat assembly is opposite to one end face of the heat reservoir assembly in position and used for applying brake pressure to the heat reservoir assembly through the cylinder seat assembly. According to the technical scheme, the problems that according to an existing aviation aircraft wheel structure, the number of parts is large, the weight of an aircraft wheel is large, the service life is shortened due to the small size of a heat reservoir, and the installation difficulty is high are solved.

    本发明提供了一种复合式轮轴的航空机轮结构,包括:集成有导轨的轮毂,轮缘、卡环、复合式轮轴和热库组件;轮毂内侧筒壁集成设置有导轨,外侧筒壁接近起落架的一端套设有轮缘,卡环安装轮缘与轮毂之间;复合式轮轴包括集成设置在轴体外壁的刹车壳体,集成设置在连接体上的汽缸座组件;连接体与飞机轴连接,轴体嵌入安装到轮毂的内腔中部,使得轴体与轮毂之间形成用于安装热库组件的环形腔体,且汽缸座组件与热库组件的一端面位置相对,用于通过汽缸座组件对热库组件施加刹车压力。本发明实施例的技术方案解决了现有航空机轮结构,普通存在零件数量较多、机轮重量较大,且热库体积较小使得其寿命降低,并且安装难度较高等问题。
