The stress form of the static disc assemblyis changed, the concave key grooves of the static disc are prevented from being stressed, the service life of the static disc assembly is prolonged, the safety of the static disc assembly is improved, the radial torque of the convex keys of a brake shell can be shared through cooperative use of the grooves of the protection pieces, damage to the static disc due to stress of the grooves of the static disc is avoided, and the service life of the static disc is prolonged.
一种航空机轮刹车用静盘组件,在摩擦盘的凸键表面中嵌装并固定有保护片,并使各保护片的凹弧面与保护片安装槽槽底的凸弧面相贴合,使各保护片的凸弧面与保护片安装槽槽底的凹弧面相贴合;使各保护片上的凹槽与静盘凹键键槽相对应。本发明改变静盘组件的受力形式,避免静盘凹键槽受力,增加静盘组件的使用寿命及安全性,通过保护片凹槽的配合使用能够分担刹车壳体凸键的径向扭矩,避免静盘凹槽受力而损伤静盘,增加静盘的使用寿命。
