The invention discloses an automatic balance-adjusting chassis for an automatic guided vehicle, which comprises a base driving assembly, a bearing disc is arranged above the base driving assembly, pressure sensors are arranged at four corners of the bearing disc, fixing plates are arranged on the base driving assembly, a screw rod is movably connected between the fixing plates, and the screw rod is movably connected with the bearing disc. The lead screw is in threaded connection with a lead screw nut, and the upper end of the lead screw nut is hinged to the bottom of the bearing disc through a hinge connecting rod. According to the automatic balance adjusting chassis for the automatic guided vehicle, pressure at the four corners of the bearing disc is measured through the pressure sensors, data are compared and analyzed through corresponding modules in the controller, the motor is used for driving the lead screw to rotate, the lead screw nut can drive the hinge connecting rod to adjust the angle, and therefore angle adjustment of the bearing disc is achieved; the pressure of the four corners on the bearing disc is balanced through the inclination angle, so that goods are stably placed on the bearing disc.

    本发明公开了一种自动导引车用自动调平衡底盘,包括底座驱动组件,所述底座驱动组件上方设置有承载盘,所述承载盘四角设置有压力传感器,所述底座驱动组件上设置有固定板,所述固定板之间活动连接有丝杆,所述丝杆上螺纹连接有丝杆螺母,所述丝杆螺母上端通过铰接连杆铰接在承载盘底部。该种自动导引车用自动调平衡底盘通过压力传感器对承载盘上四角的压力进行测量,通过控制器内相应模块对数据进行对比分析,利用电机带动丝杆旋转,使得丝杆螺母可带动铰接连杆调节角度,从而实现对承载盘的角度调节,利用倾斜角度平衡承载盘上的四角压力,使得货物稳定的放置在承载盘上。
