The system comprises a sensing module, a demodulation module, a data processing module and an analysis module. The sensing module is connected with the demodulation module; the demodulation module is also connected with the data processing module; the data processing module is also connected with the analysis module; wherein the sensing module is used for collecting a vibration signal; the demodulation module demodulates the vibration signal to obtain a demodulation signal; the data processing module processes the demodulation signal to obtain the spectral characteristics of the vibration signal; and the analysis module analyzes the spectral characteristics of the vibration signals to obtain the state of the ballastless track plate, and performs management according to the state of the ballastless track plate. According to the ballastless track slab state monitoring system and method based on fiber grating array sensing, vibration signals of the ballastless track slab are collected through the sensing module, analysis and calculation are carried out, the state of the ballastless track slab is judged, and full-coverage monitoring of the ballastless track slab is accurately achieved.
