The invention provides a torque compensation method of an engine, a vehicle control unit and a vehicle. The method comprises the following steps: determining a plurality of measurement working conditions according to a temperature measurement point and a torque measurement point; cutting off the control of the driving system on the vehicle; the engine is controlled to operate at a preset rotating speed threshold value under each working condition, and the actual torque of the engine and the actual torque of the generator or the motor under each working condition are determined; determining the target torque of the engine, and determining the torque compensation value of the engine under each working condition according to the target torque and the actual torque; and compensating the engine torque under each working condition according to the torque compensation value. The measurement working condition determined by the scheme can compensate the torque in the full working temperature and torque range, and the coverage is wider. Due to the fact that the torque of the generator or the motor is high in precision and good in stability, the accuracy of the target torque of the engine calculated through the method is high, the finally determined torque compensation value is more accurate, the power stability and the gear shifting smoothness of the vehicle are improved, and the battery can be prevented from being overcharged and overdischarged.

    本发明提供一种发动机的扭矩补偿方法、整车控制器及车辆,方法包括根据温度测量点和扭矩测量点确定多个测量工况;切断驱动系统对车辆的控制;控制发动机在各工况下以预设的转速阈值运行,并确定各工况下发动机的实际扭矩、发电机或电动机的实际扭矩;确定发动机的目标扭矩,根据目标扭矩和实际扭矩确定各工况下发动机的扭矩补偿值;根据扭矩补偿值对各工况的发动机扭矩进行补偿。本方案确定的测量工况可以对全工作温度和扭矩范围内的扭矩进行补偿,覆盖面更广。由于发电机或电动机的扭矩精度高且稳定性好,通过其计算出的发动机目标扭矩准确性高,最终确定出的扭矩补偿值也更准确,提高了车辆的动力平稳性及换挡平顺性,也能防止电池过充过放。
