The invention discloses a forklift portal frame lifting and descending buffer device which comprises an outer portal frame, an inner portal frame and a lifting oil cylinder used for pushing the portal frames to move, the outer portal frame and the inner portal frame are connected in a sliding mode, and the forklift portal frame lifting and descending buffer device is characterized in that the lifting oil cylinder is connected with an oil supply part and a lifting control part; the oil supply part comprises a hydraulic oil tank, the hydraulic oil tank is connected with a gear pump, the gear pump is connected with an oil pump motor, an oil outlet of the gear pump is connected with a lifting electromagnetic valve, an oil outlet of the lifting electromagnetic valve is communicated with a lifting oil cylinder, and an oil return opening of the lifting oil cylinder is communicated with the hydraulic oil tank through a descending electromagnetic valve; the lifting height sensor is adopted for detecting the position of the portal frame in real time, different portal frame positions correspond to different oil pump motor rotating speeds and different electromagnetic valve opening degrees, in-place lifting buffering of the portal frame is achieved, and in-place lifting impact of the portal frame is reduced; a lifting height sensor is adopted to detect the position of the gantry in real time, different gantry positions correspond to different opening degrees of the electromagnetic valve, in-place descending buffering of the gantry is achieved, and in-place descending impact of the gantry is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种叉车门架起升下降缓冲装置,包括滑动连接的外门架、内门架以及用于推动门架移动的起升油缸,其特征在于,起升油缸连接的供油部以及起升控制部;供油部包括液压油箱,液压油箱连接有齿轮泵,齿轮泵连接有油泵电机,齿轮泵的出油口连接有起升电磁阀,起升电磁阀的出油口与起升油缸连通,起升油缸的回油口通过下降电磁阀与液压油箱连通;本申请采用起升高度传感器实时检测门架位置,不同门架位置对应不同油泵电机转速和不同电磁阀开度,实现门架起升到位缓冲,减小门架起升到位冲击;采用起升高度传感器实时检测门架位置,不同门架位置对应电磁阀不同开度,实现门架下降到位缓冲,减小门架下降到位冲击。
