    本发明公开了一种管道缺陷的红外快速检测装置及缺陷风险评估方法,属于管道检测技术领域,包括无人机以及设置在无人机下表面的红外热像仪,无人机和红外热像仪与控制器电联接,控制器与用于显示热像图的显示屏,无人机沿管道周向飞行,且每次飞行到达指定位置停留预设时间;并根据红外热像仪的拍摄角度θ、无人机的单次飞行时间t以及待检测管道的直径d,确定无人机的绕管飞行速度v;本发明中无人机可以携带热像仪对位置较高的管道进行拍摄检测,避免了人工攀爬降低检测风险,提高工作效率;检测人员进行远程操作,针对相对危险的管段,提高了人员的安全性;红外热像仪,响应速度快,测温精确度高,因此可提高工作效率,有效降低检测成本。
