The invention relates to a hoisting system which comprises a step-down transformer substation, a crane and a slide wire electricity taking device, the crane comprises a track and a bridge, the slide wire electricity taking device comprises a slide wire and an electricity taking part, the slide wire is arranged in the direction parallel to the track, and the electricity taking part is electrically connected with a high-voltage lead-in wire of the step-down transformer substation. A low-voltage outgoing line of the step-down transformer substation is electrically connected with electric equipment of the crane, and the step-down transformer substation is fixedly connected with the bridge. The power transmission line loss can be reduced. A prefabricated substation for a crane comprises a substation box body, a safety channel is arranged on one side in the substation box body, and a cable fixing device, a high-voltage cabinet, a low-voltage cabinet and a step-down transformer are arranged on the other side in the substation box body; and the high-voltage cabinet, the low-voltage cabinet and the step-down transformer are connected with the power transformation box body through a damping device. The device can adapt to the working environment with narrow space and vibration on the bridge frame of the crane.
