The invention discloses a floating type photovoltaic system and an offshore wind power system. The floating type photovoltaic system comprises a floating type platform, the floating type platform comprises a photovoltaic installation platform, a plurality of semi-submersible type buoys and a lifting supporting piece connected with the semi-submersible type buoys and the photovoltaic installation platform, and the height of the lifting supporting piece can be adjusted; the plurality of photovoltaic panels are arranged on the photovoltaic mounting platform; and the anchoring device comprises an anchoring foundation fixedly arranged on the seabed and a mooring rope connected with the semi-submersible buoy and the anchoring foundation. The floating type photovoltaic system provided by the invention can adaptively adjust the height of the floating type platform according to water area characteristics, so that the height between the photovoltaic panel and the sea surface is adjusted, and the floating type photovoltaic system not only can be applied to offshore sea areas with small stormy waves, but also can be applied to deep and far sea areas with large stormy waves; and the application range of the floating type photovoltaic system is widened.

    本发明公开了一种漂浮式光伏系统和海上风电系统。该漂浮式光伏系统包括漂浮式平台,漂浮式平台包括光伏安装平台、多个半潜式浮筒和连接半潜式浮筒与光伏安装平台的升降支撑件,升降支撑件的高度能够调节;多个设置于光伏安装平台的光伏面板;锚固装置,锚固装置包括用于固定设置在海底的锚固基础和连接半潜式浮筒与锚固基础的系泊缆。本发明所提供的漂浮式光伏系统能够根据水域特征适应性调节漂浮式平台的高度,从而调节光伏面板和海面之间的高度,使漂浮式光伏系统不仅能够用于风浪很小的近海海域,而且可以应用于风浪较大深远海海域,拓宽了漂浮式光伏系统的应用范围。
