    本发明涉及电梯制动器技术领域,且公开了一种施工电梯安全防护用制动装置,包括支撑架和支撑架上方的制动轮,支撑架的表面滑动连接有两个刹车片,且刹车片分别位于制动轮的两侧。两个连接杆Ⅳ与连接杆Ⅱ的两端呈折叠状,同时推动两个夹持板向中之间的位置移动,对旋转的制动轮通过旋转轮进行夹持,减缓转动速度,然后通过连接头Ⅱ表面的胶垫与半圆弧形槽内壁的胶垫接触,增大连接头Ⅱ与半圆弧形槽之间的摩擦力,使得制动轮在转动时通过夹持板的夹持能够从高速转动逐渐转入低速转动,直到停止,减少刹车片与制动轮外延之间的磨损,避免刹车片对制动轮外延的紧急刹车,造成刹车片因高温而产生热衰退现象,引起严重磨损,使得后期刹车效果不佳。
