A shipborne intelligent radar monitoring system of the present invention comprises a data acquisition terminal, a remote data processing base station and a network coordination station alarm terminal, the data monitoring terminal and the remote monitoring base station are wirelessly connected, and the data acquisition terminal comprises a GPS positioning module, a data acquisition module and a data transmission module. The remote data processing base station comprises a data analysis module, a data picking module and a data receiving module, the network coordination station alarm terminal comprises an electronic display module and a communication module, the GPS positioning module comprises positioning and position searching equipment, and the position searching equipment comprises an emergency radio position indicating mark, a search and rescue radar transponder and a task control center. The system is reasonable in design, complete in function and high in safety performance, when the ship sails on the sea surface and is in danger, signal receiving and danger avoiding route planning are timely, and the sailing safety of the ship is well guaranteed.
