The direct-current power supply system comprises a control unit, a driving unit, a first detection unit, a reversible rectification circuit, a filter circuit and a voltage regulation circuit, wherein the reversible rectification circuit, the filter circuit and the voltage regulation circuit are connected in sequence; the driving unit and the first detection unit are respectively connected with the control unit; the driving unit is connected with the control end of the power module in the reversible rectifying circuit and the control end of the power module in the voltage regulating circuit; the input end of the reversible rectifying circuit is connected with a three-phase alternating current power grid; the lifting electromagnet is connected with the output end of the voltage regulating circuit; the power ends of the control unit and the driving unit are connected with the filter circuit. A front-end configuration isolation transformer does not need to be used, voltage reduction does not need to be carried out, meanwhile, input harmonic waves are low, and the electric energy conversion efficiency is high; the residual electric energy in the lifting electromagnet can be fed back to a power grid, so that the electric energy is greatly saved; the output voltage and current are controlled in a closed-loop manner, the output precision is high, and the method can be applied to large-scale intelligent driving equipment.

    本发明公开的一种起重电磁铁直流电源系统包括控制单元、驱动单元、第一检测单元以及依次连接的可逆整流电路、滤波电路和调压电路;驱动单元、第一检测单元分别与控制单元连接;驱动单元与可逆整流电路中功率模块的控制端、调压电路中功率模块的控制端连接;可逆整流电路的输入端与三相交流电网连接;起重电磁铁与调压电路的输出端连接;控制单元和驱动单元的电源端与滤波电路连接。本发明不需要使用前端配置隔离变压器,不需要对电压进行降压,同时输入谐波低,电能转化效率高;能将起重电磁铁中的剩余电能回馈到电网,大大节省了电能;输出电压电流采用闭环控制,输出精度高,能够应用在大型应用智能行车设备。
