The invention provides a connecting device for a chassis frame and a carriage of a commercial vehicle and an assembling method of the connecting device, and belongs to the technical field of automobile frame systems. The connecting device comprises a carriage cross beam, a frame longitudinal beam and a transition connecting plate. Wherein the carriage cross beam is provided with a first end face used for being connected with a bottom plate of the carriage and an opposite second end face. The frame longitudinal beam is provided with a top supporting face and a side beam face which are vertically connected, the top supporting face is provided with a first bolt hole, and the side beam face is provided with a second bolt hole. The transition connecting plate comprises a first connecting plate and a second connecting plate which are vertically connected, the first connecting plate is provided with a third bolt hole matched with the first bolt hole, the second connecting plate is provided with a fourth bolt hole matched with the second bolt hole, and the first connecting plate is fixedly connected with the second end face. On the basis of ensuring the mechanical strength of the joint of the chassis frame and the carriage of the commercial vehicle, the clear height of the carriage is reduced, the volume of the carriage is increased, and the overall manufacturing cost and dead weight of the commercial vehicle are reduced.

    本发明提供了一种商用车底盘车架与车厢的连接装置及其装配方法,属于汽车车架系统技术领域。该连接装置包括车厢横梁、车架纵梁和过渡连接板。其中车厢横梁具有用于与车厢的底板连接的第一端面和以及相反的第二端面。车架纵梁具有垂直连接的顶部支撑面和侧梁面,顶部支撑面上具有第一螺栓孔,侧梁面上具有第二螺栓孔。过渡连接板包括垂直连接的第一连接板和第二连接板,第一连接板上具有与第一螺栓孔相匹配的第三螺栓孔,第二连接板上具有与第二螺栓孔相匹配的第四螺栓孔,第一连接板与第二端面固定连接。能够在保证商用车底盘车架与车厢连接处的机械强度的基础上,减少车厢净高度,提高车厢容积,降低商用车的整体制造成本和自重。
