The invention discloses a battery connecting bracket and a chassis frame, and the battery connecting bracket comprises a first bracket which comprises a connecting part and a matching part which is bent and extends from one end of the connecting part; a second bracket which comprises a first adjusting part and a second adjusting part which is bent and extends from the first adjusting part, wherein the second adjusting part is in surface contact fit with the matching part, so that the connecting part and the first adjusting part form a height difference in the third direction, the connecting part and the first adjusting part are parallel and extend in opposite directions, the extension direction of the first adjusting part is set as a first direction, and the third direction is perpendicular to the first direction; the first adjusting part is provided with a first waist-shaped hole and is provided with a connecting piece so as to be movably connected with the battery pack outer cross beam; the second adjusting part is provided with a second waist-shaped hole and is provided with a bolt to be movably connected with the matching part; when the first support moves relative to the second support, the first adjusting part moves in the first kidney-shaped hole in the first direction, and the size change of the second adjusting part and the matching part in the third direction is adjusted through the bolt so as to absorb the tolerance in the third direction.
