The invention discloses a cross-medium seabed self-drilling aircraft, and belongs to the technical field of aircrafts, the cross-medium seabed self-drilling aircraft comprises an aircraft head, an aircraft body and an aircraft tail, the aircraft head comprises a rotating shaft, a tool bit and a vibrator, the tool bit is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft, and the vibrator is arranged on the tool bit; the machine body is connected with the machine head; an inflow system and a pressurization system are arranged in the machine body; the machine tail is connected with the machine body, a main nozzle is formed in the end, away from the machine body, of the machine tail, and the inflow system and the pressurization system can suck in fluid at the machine head, pressurize the fluid and spray the fluid out of the main nozzle. When crossing from a water medium to a sediment medium, the rotating shaft drives the tool bit to rotate, sediment is destroyed and softened through vibration of the vibrator, chippings flow into the machine body through the inflow system to move, and then the chippings are pressurized through the pressurization system so that the chipping flow can be sprayed out from the main nozzle of the machine tail. The debris flow sprayed backwards from the main nozzle can provide forward sailing power for the aircraft, and interface crossing of two media is achieved.
