The machine comprises a control base station, a pipe cable system, a centralized valve base, a fixed control system, an integral platform, a coiled pipe system, power drilling tools and a well mouth device, wherein the control base station is located at a barge, and power and signals are provided for a seabed module by the pipe cable system; the centralized valve base realizes line separation to each execution and control mechanism; the fixed control system islocated on a seabed, and a well drilling liquid does not need to be stored by the barge or conveyed by an umbilical cable; the well drilling liquid is purified on the seabed and does not need to return to the barge; the integral platform has functions of air-control drifting, oriented submerging and seabed fastening, and motion of the platform is not limited by a seabed mud layer; in the coiled pipe system, a coiled pipe is driven by an injection head to directly reach a target stratum by one trip, placement of a casing and replacement of a drill bit are not needed, and a drilling depth is not limited by a casing capacity; the power drilling tools include a drill bit, a permanent magnetic motor and a locking device, and the drill bit is directly driven by the permanent magnetic motor; andafter unlocking of the locking device, the power drilling tools are recycled salvaged and recycled by a rope, and the coiled pipe is reserved on the stratum and used as the casing.
本发明公开了钻井装备领域中一种新型海底连续管钻机及钻井方法。包含控制基站、管缆系统、集中阀座、固控系统、集成平台、连续管系统、动力钻具和井口装置。控制基站位于驳船,通过管缆系统为海底模块提供动力和信号;集中阀座向各执行和控制机构分线;固控系统位于海底,钻井液不需驳船储存和脐带缆输送;钻井液在海底净化,不需返至驳船;集成平台有气控浮沉、定向潜航和海底紧固功能,平台移动不受海床软泥层限制;连续管系统由注入头驱动连续管一趟钻直达目标地层,不需下套管、换钻头,钻深不受套管容量限制;动力钻具含钻头、永磁电机和锁定装置,永磁电机直驱钻头;锁定装置解锁后,动力钻具由绳索打捞回收,连续管则存留地层用作套管。
