The invention discloses a brake system of a pure electric vehicle. The brake system is provided with a brake pedal depth sensor, a vacuum pump, a vacuum pump relay, a pipeline pressure sensor and an atmospheric pressure sensor, the brake pedal depth sensor, the pipeline pressure sensor and the atmospheric pressure sensor are connected with the VCU through signal lines; the vacuum pump is in signal connection with the VCU through the vacuum pump relay. By the adoption of the technical scheme, effective system linkage is carried out on the brake pedal controllable by a driver, the vacuum pump system, the atmospheric pressure and the brake system pipeline pressure, and the brake system is more reasonable and safer on the whole through a unified control strategy; the working time of the vacuum pump can be more reasonable effectively in the control of the brake system, the aging problem of the vacuum pump can be effectively solved, the control of the brake system of the pure electric vehicle is more intelligent and safer, and the service life of the vacuum pump can be effectively prolonged.

    本发明公开了一种纯电动汽车的制动系统,设置制动踏板深度传感器、真空泵、真空泵继电器、管路压力传感器、大气压力传感器;制动踏板深度传感器、管路压力传感器、大气压力传感器通过信号线路与VCU连接;真空泵通过真空泵继电器与VCU进行信号连接。采用上述技术方案,将驾驶员可控的制动踏板与系统真空泵系统以及大气压力、制动系统管路压力进行有效的系统联动,通过统一的控制策略,使得制动系统在整体上更加的合理化、也更加的安全;可以有效的在制动系统的控制中使得真空泵的工作时间更加的合理,可以有效的解决真空泵的老化问题,使纯电动汽车的制动系统控制更加智能、安全,可以有效的延长真空泵的使用寿命。
