The invention belongs to the technical field of maritime search and rescue, and particularly relates to a high-efficiency recyclable maritime search and rescue unmanned aerial vehicle which comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle body and a maritime mobile platform, the unmanned aerial vehicle body is arranged in the maritime mobile platform, and the maritime mobile platform comprises a mounting shell, a gravity center adjusting device, a speed reducing device, a floating device, a driving device and an elastic driving device. A first partition plate, a second partition plate and a third partition plate are sequentially arranged on the inner wall of the mounting shell from bottom to top, gaps exist among the first partition plate, the second partition plate and the third partition plate, a gravity center adjusting device is arranged on the bottom side of the first partition plate, and a driving device is arranged between the first partition plate and the second partition plate. According to the invention, a large-scale transportation unmanned aerial vehicle or a helicopter can be rapidly launched in an accident sea area in a non-stop manner, sea surface search and rescue in the area are completed through the adaptive offshore mobile platform, and the unmanned aerial vehicle or the helicopter can be recycled after search and rescue are completed.
