An upper valve body of the averaging valve is provided with a fourth air chamber and a fifth air chamber which are separated by a piston; the average valve middle valve body and the average valve lower valve body form an inner cavity, a piston is installed in the inner cavity, a spring upper seat body and a spring lower seat bottom are installed on the piston, a spring is installed between the spring upper seat body and the spring lower seat bottom, and a sixth air chamber is formed. A first air chamber, a second air chamber and a third air chamber are formed between the average valve lower valve body and the piston; a first pressure input port and a second pressure input port of two paths of air springs and an averaged pressure output port are formed in a lower valve body of the averaging valve; the first pressure input port is communicated with the first air chamber and the fourth air chamber, the second pressure input port is communicated with the second air chamber and the fifth air chamber, and the pressure output port is communicated with the third air chamber. The average pressure is output in real time according to the pressure change of the air spring, the piston type is adopted, use is safe and reliable, response is rapid in function, the exhaust end is connected with the silencer, and noise generated during exhaust is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种平均阀,平均阀上阀体具有通过活塞隔开的第四气室和第五气室;平均阀中阀体和平均阀下阀体形成内部腔体,安装有活塞,活塞上安装有弹簧上座体和弹簧下座低,弹簧上座体和弹簧下座低之间安装有弹簧并形成第六气室。平均阀下阀体与活塞之间形成第一气室、第二气室和第三气室;平均阀下阀体上开有两路空气弹簧的第一压力输入口和第二压力输入口,以及平均后的压力输出口;第一压力输入口与第一气室和第四气室连通,第二压力输入口与第二气室和第五气室连通,压力输出口与第三气室连通。本发明根据空气弹簧的压力变化实时输出平均压力,采用活塞式,使用上安全可靠,功能上响应迅速,排气端接消音装置,减小排气时产生的噪音。
