According to the invention, the handbook is projected and amplified through the tablet computer, so that a crane operator can conveniently and clearly observe the hoisting positioning condition of the accropode block, the putting speed of the accropode block is accelerated, the construction efficiency is improved, the hoisting efficiency and accuracy of the accropode block are improved, and the construction progress is ensured.
